A little better than the ridiculous 33% increase over the prior 2-year period, but still way higher then the 2.6% CPI increase from October 2023 to October 2024. Seems to be mostly reserve increases though. We need some (total) MF reductions to make up for what happened between 2022-2024...wishful thinking.

I wonder how long this unit will continue to be a good trader. We are using it to go to Ko Olina in Feburary this year. We have long been pleased with the trades that we have gotten out of this unit, particularly as a lock-off. We sold our 3 bedroom Lakeshore Reserve unit (Marriott ROFR) this past year as it had just gotten too expensive to pay the maintenance fees.

Interestingly Operating Fee and Property Taxes are lower for 2025 than 2024, which I really wasn't expecting. Unfortunately, replacement reserve increased 42.5%. I wasn't expecting this to increase this much, since none of the other Florida MF's reported so far had this big of an increase.

@jwalk03 : In Florida the property tax is higher on platinum weeks than gold weeks. That is the difference; not the actual maintenance fee amounts which are the same for all weeks.
