Yes, we want to look at hvgc resale. What is the question? Are you asking where to look for a HGVC resale TS?
Yes, we are ready to pay higher maintenance for free hvgc TimeshareYou can watch the marketplace for free timeshares. Though the ones offered for free or very low costs usually have higher maintenance fees in relationship to the annual points. You won't find free timeshares on eBay, but they so sometimes have ones that are available for low costs.

I am going through the listings and contacted hgvc seller. So we can agree on terms and close with lttransfer.com, will that complete the saleBest Timeshare Resale Prices
How do I Find the Best Prices on Timeshare Resales From Owners?tug2.net
Yes, i joined tugs..That is definitely a strategy some people use to lower the upfront costs.
I just checked and there are a number of HGV units being offered for free in various locations, including Orlando and Myrtle Beach. If your not already a TUG member, you should join and browse the marketplace for yourself.
I would suggest you make sure you understand exactly what your getting and ensure that you will have enough points travel where you want.
Why not pay for the timeshare to ensure it has lower maintenance fees? I haven't seen how the free timeshares every work out financially. They will cost you far more in the end and you can't dump them easily if you change your mind.Yes, we are ready to pay higher maintenance for free hvgc Timeshare
Found a 1 BR 3840 points at Ocean Enclave, Myrtle Beach by hgvc... free on tugs. 1 week stay...We have seen tug hgvc marketplace and are interested to get 2 BR or 3 BR free timeshare. We are looking to options in Orlando, Myrtle Beach.

I don't follow Myrtle Beach, but you can easily check the ads for various HGV resorts on Tug, Redweek, eBay etc. you can find what a 5000 point week or even higher goes for. Typically the MF is the same for all 1 Br units, so if you get a silver week with low points, you pay the same fee as someone who owns a Platinum week with a lot more points. When u say pay for the Timeshare, how much are we talking...
Say 5,000 points at Ocean Enclave, Myrtle Beach by hgvc
It's a silver season week ownership (weeks 1-7, 48-50) - see point chart below.Found a 1 BR 3840 points at Ocean Enclave, Myrtle Beach by hgvc... free on tugs. 1 week stay...
And split closing costs with seller, is this reasonable
No, free is priced too high and even splitting the closing cost. MFs will be $949.40 in 2025 plus club dues of $219 with only getting 3840 pts. You won't be able to do much with only 3840 pts. But it is your decision.Found a 1 BR 3840 points at Ocean Enclave, Myrtle Beach by hgvc... free on tugs. 1 week stay...

I see this chart and makes more sense. It's a silver season week ownership (weeks 1-7, 48-50) - see point chart below.
It's only reasonable if you can make 3840 points work for where and when you want to stay . Point requirements vary based on resort and time of year.
Also, don't expect lots of last minute availability at high demand resort locations during peak travel season.
High demand travel periods are usually booked as soon as the booking window opens to all club members (most at 9 months prior to checkin).

Got it... 3840 seems less now that I see chart. Atleast i can start looking at other options now. Thanks for suggestionsNo, free is priced too high and even splitting the closing cost. Please forget about this idea. You were sold an idea that can work, but usually doesn't.Also in sales presentation, we were told about RCI..
If not free to, what is the next best option to buy hgvc? Please forget about this idea. You were sold an idea that can work, but usually doesn't.
I would NOT buy in Florida due to special assessments and overcapacity.
You need to start with how you want to use a timeshare. Then look at what is possible. 99% of these "free" timeshares are not a good deal. They are terrible.
You'll do it your way and I'm sure you'll make it work, but really I don't think you understand the complexity of the timeshare game enough to buy yet. That's just my jaded advice.
