Interval International website loading ridiculously slowly today?

Interval back up and running after overnight maintenance.

I updated the android app with the new update and the search function is working now.

Anyone having issues with II app pulling up ownership units or searching for exchanges in the app? This seems to be broken since last night for iOS and Android.

Tue 11/26:
on Chrome, I am having lots of spinning, spinning, when I click on "more dates" to see the rest of the list of weeks.

Have had to sign out and back in several times.

HudsHut, it is very slow; but I was able to get and search for my vacation exchange. Good Luck

I used to love Interval, but I hate it now. I’ve had constant problems with Interval across all my devices for months now. I wonder if my accounts are black balled for some reason I can’t fathom? I still can’t book online, as the screen goes dead after I put my payment in. I have to call and am told, “Yeah, others have this problem, too. You just need to call in.” That doesn’t work when I find a gem I want to book after hours!

Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

It was very slow for us tonight making the payment for an AC for January. It seemed to be fairly fast doing searches and going through the screens.

I also can't get the II website to take our credit card. Doesn't matter if I am selecting a stored card or inputting a new one. It instantly returns an error that it couldn't authorize. I never receive any fraud alerts from Chase. It seems to go through okay when we use a bank debit card but has the stupid Verified by Visa thing it has to go through to send us a code. That is still an issue on a different debit card we have where the Verified by Visa is attempting to send the code to a phone number we no longer have. I've contacted our bank to try and get it fixed, but it hasn't been resolved and I've lost hope.

I would rather not have to use a debit card and would prefer to charge it to our credit card to get the extra points, but when you need to book something and want to avoid calling (or can't because they are closed), then debit card it is.

Interesting that a credit card is a problem for you with Interval, @dioxide45. That’s exactly when the site locks up for me. I don’t get any error messages, though, the screen just freezes. That’s crazy that you have to use a debit card.

Ok. I thought it was just me - when I do a getaway the first time the payment part will just sit there and spin forever. I then reload that page and do it again and it works. It would seem to me one thing you'd need is a working payment system to... IDK make money, but the amount of businesses I've run into over the last few years that make it very hard to actually pay them is starting to make me wonder if I just misunderstand running a business.

I find that adblockers can mess with the II website. Turning off or whitelisting the II website in our adblocker seems to help, but still can't get it to take a credit card.

Tried to book a week just now, and got locked up on the payment link on my computer and phone. I remembered I have an old Kindle Fire, so thought I'd try that as an experiment. The credit card payment and exchange went through without a hitch! Go figure?
