Interval International website loading ridiculously slowly today?

Is it just me? I'm having to wait like 2-5 minutes between clicks, making it very difficult to do anything.
 
I noticed that too. It wasn't doing it first thing this morning, but noticed it in the last half hour.
 
Yeah, the issue seems to be fixed.
 
I wasted over an hour trying to call at least 3 different numbers. Another 2 hours were lost trying to setup a membership online for family members since they are new owners. When I finally reached someone on the phone, I was told that they were having problems with the phones and website. The agent said it would be resolved later. Well, as of 11:00 PM, the website continues to give the same errors.
 
Something must be up. I've been having intermittent issues since last week. I had to call in to complete a transaction, the button just didn't work.. Then when I needed to cancel a booking within 24 hours, it took 45 minutes for *them* to do it. A third data point was that I could no longer do a search on the app using a unit that had an OGS set up, but that was fixed within a day. It's been so frustrating.
 
Ok, now it's day 2 and I am unable to create an account online for my family. After completing all information, I keep getting this message: Please do not include dashes, spaces or other special characters when entering a phone number. This is so frustrating because their week begins at #47. The unit was purchased in June, but the deed was not recorded until September, for whatever reason. (Some of this was their fault because they didn't return the documents quickly.) As of what I was told yesterday, it will take II 7 days for everything to be updated with the resort and this may end up being a late deposit. What a mess.

Make sure you don't have any adblockers turned on.
 
Maybe II, is going to have a huge pre Christmas Exchange & Getaway Sales and that is why the website is slow.

Yeah, they are probably busy running all kinds of database scripts to increase the prices before the sale.
 
I just try to log into the website . After 3 minutes, I gave up. I could not log into the website.

I have not been able to search for a resort using the code, resort name, or city name for more than 3 weeks on my app. I have to either search from the directory or use the search all location feature. The past 1 week, I can't search using a unit that is in an OGS.
I do not have any of these issues online via a desktop.

I just checked - I still have that functionality. I remember now that I uninstalled and reinstalled the app because I couldn't do a biometric log in either.
 
I was finally able to create a membership for my family yesterday after about 30 minutes with an advisor. Mind you, when I called the day before, the "supervisor" advised me that I could not open an account for family since they had to do this themselves. Well, that information was incorrect. I have opened accounts for other family over the years without me being on their memberships, mainly because I have the time (being retired now 19 years), and they don't. As of today, the II account number isn't working online. I get this same message as from the last two days, Please do not include dashes, spaces or other special characters when entering a phone number. So, maybe I have to wait a few days for II to update their system with the resort. Since the week is #47, which was only finalized 09/09, this will need to be listed as a late deposit. This is what happens when people tend to procrastinate.

Btw, using my own account on II isn't a problem.
 
They are down this morning for maintenance.

I have this problem on my Android app but works fine on my iPhone App.
 
I have an android too. Deleted the app and reinstalled and it is still giving me the same problem. It used to work before.

It used to work for me too. Now I just use my iPhone for II.

A new Android update is available today. Search function world again after I updated.
