If you could open up just one business or place and go there, what would it be?

I would open up my school where I teach. I miss my kids, I miss coaching track this time of year. The 2 months after spring break are some of my favorite days. I love the last few days with my students and being there until the end gives us closure. When we go in to close out our rooms in a month or so, it will be a difficult day. The 8th graders that were coming back to track this year were very talented, some were in line to break school records (most are very tough for middle school track). Our girls 4x100 and 4x200 teams should have broke the records and competed for tops in the county (we attend a meet at the end of the year with over 1000 participants). Winning the County Meet is a huge accomplishment and we were top 8 (top 8 places get awards on the podium) in 4x200 last year with 3 of the 4 girls being 7th graders. Those girls had a great chance to win it all.

Doing Zoom meetings and remote learning is nice and all, but we both get so much more in face to face teaching. I work more in person, but it’s sooooooo much better. The discussions my students have is mind boggling for their age. The hands on learning is so much fun.

Considering that I have cut toenails on my radar I would say any place to give me a pedicure :)

Can you not do this yourself? I have never had a manicure or pedicure. No one is going near mine!
You are missing one of the indulgent pleasures in life.

I guess I am just not a girlie girl. ;)
Whatever.

My neighbor took her 80+ year old former Marine husband in to the gal who does my manicures and pedicures to have his feet taken care of. He wasn't able to do it for himself at the time. Guess he must be a girly girl. ;)

Since our daughter works in a hospital, we have not seen our 3 year old grandson for weeks. So I would say family dinners,

My barber! I need a haircut, and if I have to do it myself, it ain't gonna be pretty.
I sent a text to mine asking “how would i cut my hair if I wanted to”? I think it’s happening haha

On our local news they had a segment awhile ago where one of the newscasters had her hairdresser on with some tips. Best I can remember:

1. Don't try to color your own hair if you're not used to doing it. Wear a hat, or a scarf. There is some kind of spray you can buy to touch up roots.
2. If you are going to cut your hair only cut 1/4 inch at a time.
3. If you are going to cut your bangs don't cut them straight across. I don't remember what she called the cut, but you kind of cut up.
4. For men, just a trim around the ears can make it look better.

I'm sure you can also find uTube vidoes on how to do it. Me? I'm going to let mine grow out a bit, lol.

Thanks, @Luanne , for your attempt to be helpful. Honestly, if we all followed this advice word for word, I'm guessing our spouses would be taking photos of us afterward that would soon show up on Instagram for all the wrong reasons.

I cut my father's hair when I was 10 years old until I got married and moved out of the home. I have been cutting my husband's hair for more than 10 years now and I cut, color and highlight my own hair. It is really not difficult. When you cut your own hair, it helps if you hold up a mirror see what is in the mirror at the back of you in the bathroom. I start with the middle and cut it to the desired length and work its way to the left and then to the right. If you want very light layering, you can glide the scissors down the length of your hair.

My tennis/fitness club. Not only do I miss the fun and exercise of playing tennis and working out but I REALLY miss socializing with my friends accompanied by adult beverages!

Lololol..place = the world !!!
Really, my hairdresser would my immediate choice.:)....

For Patti it would be a toss up between Hair Stylist and Nail Salon. She finally had to completely take off her fake nails because they grew out too much and it was very painful and her fingers were sore for days.

The golf course in my community just re-opened. The club said golfers sent letters to the county dept of health and they agreed to allow it to re-open.
