We have a contract with an SEO team and we are basing our Google advertising on destination and specific resort for our renters and keywords "rent my timeshare" for our owners.

Easy online status of the rental and reporting for tax purposes. Pay the owner all/partial upfront with the listing rather than waiting until rental is finished.

What's your business model? How will you make money?

Please walk me through the process.

An owner lists a specific property, week, unit type. A renter selects the unit, and either pays upfront or does an installment program. You pay the owner in full, but keep their credit card on file for what? Is it only in case there is an issue with the unit when the renter arrives, or is it to claw back a payment made to the owner?

What would an owner list who has a points only ownership and can list a variety of different property/week/units?

If a renter decides to back out 31 days prior to the use date, what do you do?
If a renter fails to make all of the installments, and backs out, what do you do?
If a renter shows up and has an issue, ie they rented an ocean front unit and received an ocen view, what do you do?

Sometimes you know when you want to go but not where. I would like a feature where one can see all the resorts for a certain period.

There should also be a feature to filter out the all inclusive resorts (when ththo are added to the options)

I wish you much success. However the challenge of reaching an audience of potential renters appears very difficult.

My two cents worth, If your system is easy to use, competitively priced, offers me protection from the standard complains like, not as advertised, fake week and a reasonable refund policy, and most importantly to me ... no piling on with extra costs, insurance and all those unnecessary items...then i would probably use it. Personally could care less on the nuts and bolts, your profits and all of those underlying "business details".

What I want in a rental company is someone who is going to take a commission, but no up front fee.
I want to know they are advertising with big boys one Hotels.com,Expedia, etc...
I don't want my listing on a place like Redweek, where it is only advertised on that one particular site.
I don't mind giving at least 60 days, but at times I find I don't have that much time. If I don't ask for a minimum amount I want it to be accepted.
I want my rental company to get as much as they can, so that in return I get as much as possible. So I want it percentage based.
I want to be paid within a week after check-in. Meaning the check should be in the mail within 24 hours after check-in.
I have over 60 timeshares and growing, if there is a company that can provide what I am looking for I am all in. Otherwise, I will stick with buying properties that have an in-house rental program.

My apologies if I missed this - what is your fee?
8% of the rental price. No fee to list. $200 bucks out of a $2,500 rental. I’d probably go Redweek and use my own contract and payment set up. It will cost 40 bucks.

60? Holy moly guacamole. What are your annual fees? Hope you do well renting them out
