Hilton Unified website [merged]

unable to log in yesterday or today, demanding i change my password
I did change my password when requested, and now most of the site is working for me, both DRI and Hilton Club.

This video shows the new launched website for Hilton Grand Vacations. This version of the website shows the beginning of the integration. It is also setup to include Bluegreen when it is brought into the group. I am happy that Hilton continues to move forward improving locations and improving their website. When compared to the improvements to different programs, Hilton seems to be the one that is expanding the fastest compared to the competition. One could argue that they have to make these improvements to offset the purchase of companies with less quality.

In this video I go through the list of new enhancements. The one that I am most excited about is open season credit. As a Premier+ member that means I get $700 which is about half of one of my 11,000 point contracts maintenance fees. I expect to be able to book close to a week free in a studio each year.

NEW HGVMax Site Launched... Timeshare Traveler Episode 195

Same for me. It's not letting me log into the HGV app. Says "This account has no HGV memberships."

Guess they got tired of me and gave me the pink slip!

If you have multiple logins (like I did), the one that worked was my diamond login

Also HGVC only and just logged in using my existing password. Things look the same to me.

Cheers.
Same result for me. I must have had a strong enough password to start with. Were you other people using passwords like "12345", "asdfjkl;" or "password"? :ROFLMAO:

Kurt

As a legacy HGVC, no difference in log in, except for the extra step of choosing an account at the start.

my Cabo Azul purchase was in March 24. When I sign in - i have 2 accounts
HVC - Cabo Azul
&
HGVC

…after each is my name, then account #, the below each is select account button.

unfortunately, the HVC is still the same availability, no sliding calendar. Basically this does change “a thing”, now it’s just one user name and one password. You can open both sites into 2 different browser windows.

not a game changer!
Today…. I learned

The two open pages does NOT work - I opened a DRI/HVC page first then in another window, the HGVC site. When the 2nd window opened it changed the opened DRI/HVC window to a HGVC - only one account can be opened at a time. UNLESS you use 2 different Web Browsers - I.e. Firefox, and Safari

…and…
the user name and password was my DRI/HVC password.

I have both HGVC and Diamond weeks. I can get to my HGVC but not my Diamond. I called customer service and they reset my password and had me login but that didn’t seem to clear it. they submitted a ticket will have to follow up in a few days.

No difference and no extra step. Legacy HGVC owner.
I agree no difference and no extra step but I couldn't get on initially with my user name and password. I had to create them again and log in.

Yup. Two windows in the same browser are sharing cookies and will not work in cases like this (most cases, really). On;y separate browsers or machines bypasses this.

Cheers.

Yesterday I wasn't able to login through the HGV app (gave a "no contracts exist for this account" or "accoint doesn't exist with this email" every time), but I was able to login via a web browser. I noticed after logging in via web browser that 2FA had been disabled during the merger, so I re-enabled 2FA and now I am able to login through the HGV app again.

Not sure if one has anyhing to do with the other, but the takeaway is if you had 2FA enabled before (hopefully yes!) check to confirm that it's still enabled.

Same here this morning.

i'm an HGVC legacy owner who upgraded to MAX (sadly). I can login with existing password, but searching for availability seems broken. Trying to look at Scotland I just get spinning, and trying to go view one of the discounted resorts I get an error message:

Thanks because I notice that mine wasn't enabled either. Like you I re-enabled 2FA.

Technically I think there are extensions (at least for Firefox) that would allow this, Private Browsing mode in one Window / tab would probably work, and launching separate profiles in the same browser would also work. That said, all of these are probably rather technical solutions. There are ways for a website to let you have multiple accounts open at the same time but obviously that's the opposite of what HGV seems to want for this experience. Probably they want to merge the accounts for all intents and purposes, but IDK if they can do that yet (or ever if 2 resale, DRI and HGVC).

Will HGV ever apologize for causing these SNAFU's?
Don't hold your breath.

I had to change my password as I used a word that wasn't allowed. I'll let your imaginations wander. ;)

I had used a world like that for Ticketmaster before I changed my password scheme to be based on an acronym base with site-specific extensions. But I still think the TM password applies :)

Cheers.

My passwords include my anniversary date
... so I won't forget it.
