Looks like they're updating the website to the new unified one this week - there's an outage notice for April 16th at 4am Eastern to support it on the site now.
 
has there been any communication on this? i.e., what is being unified?

Don't think it goes that far. Based on the article linked above it's just a single sign on with the same backbone for the different ownership types. We'll see if it changes the interface for HGVC.
 
I hope they have a better IT/IS Department than Wyndumb. They have been trying to fix the Worldmark WEB Page for 3 years. Each time they fix one issue/part they make a different part nonfunctional. It is amazing that this large company listed on the NY Stock Exchange is so incompetent in this essential Service in the Modern World.

Do we know when the maintenance is supposed to be done? Scheduling it on a weekday morning for many hours??? Is anyone answering the phone and if so, can they help us during maintenance? If yes, could you share the phone number? I can't find it without the ability to log in.

As an owner on both sides, I would very much appreciate having one system. And as for your unwashed masses, I will take Cabo Azul over Zihuatanejo any day. Since it seems they are challenged just having a single sign on with no other changes I won't hold my breath for an integrated system where I can easily compare booking a vacation through the various accounts. I am currently trying to book Washington DC as a Centum member. My options are very different depending on how I log on.

I got all excited because the system maintenance screen switched to a message that my password did not meet their standards! Great! Went through the steps to change my password and now rather than the nice colorful message about system maintenance, I get a plain old error message.

Didn't get the email yet, but I was able to log on. There doesn't seem to be a connection to my recent Cable Azul acquisition, just my existing HGVC account showing up. They have implemented the loyalty search and open season credits for HGV Max. I tried to set up a loyalty search, but it didn't work. Haven't tried the open season credit yet - there's no longer a reference to an open season discount, so that might be gone. We'll see.

unfortunately, the HVC is still the same availability, no sliding calendar. Basically this does change “a thing”, now it’s just one user name and one password. You can open both sites into 2 different browser windows.

Thanks. They haven't unified mine to a single sign on. Was your Cabo Azul a resale purchase?
 
I should have come here first and been warned to not go there today. What a mess. After a long time on phone to get everything setup, I got email saying I had a new account. The email came from "Diamond Resorts" even though I own HGVC. And searching for availability crashes every time. Wrong day to have gone there.

I honestly need to do an open season search and it is a complete mess. It is showing me 8000 for a 3 night stay. Clearly points not dollars and not open season. Tried to find chat and it doesn't exist even though it tells me to click the bot in the lower right. Tried to use the option to go to the "classic view we are used to" and it crashed. I have no maintenance fee statements, no reservation history. Total mess. Called and talk to them and they said they can't help me but they can send an email response "in a few days".

I did not. All my passwords are saved. I did notice that when I signed in yesterday, it was using my user name - not email address. My user name is used only to sign to the HVC site. I use my email address -as my user name- to sign into HGVC. Nevertheles, no password reset was needed.
 
Im only HGVC and was able to log in yesterday afternoon and this morning using my existing password.
I'm having the same issue this morning. I can't log in using my existing password and the forgot your password link results in

Sorry, we were unable to process your request.​
