Where can I find an HGVC Resort Fee Schedule? I can't find any references to to the Resort Fees in the documents within the HGVC portal.

@HuskerATL gave you great pointers to the HGV transaction fees, but since you specifically mentioned resort fees, I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for.

As for resort fees, in general HGV members do not pay the resort fees when staying at a property using their HGV points. However, if you use RCI or book via the Hilton Hotels website, then you would pay the resort fees. I don't know of a centralized list of what the resort fees are for all of the properties; they would be disclosed via the RCI or Hilton Hotels websites when making a reservation.

Good catch. I looked past the "resort" part and focused on fee schedule.

Hi Kurt, HuskerATL!

Thanks for your feedback. I was referring specifically to "Resort" fees. My wife seems to believe we were charged per day on our last stay (I didn't recall that) so just trying to make sure I have that straight in my mind. So was looking for the daily fee each resort charges.

Thanks again!
Roger

I see that you own Lagoon Tower.
If your last stay was in Hawaii, then you would have been charged a daily Hawaii lodging tax.

For example, here’s my portfolio for a one bedroom at Grand Islander at HHV. The daily Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) was $15.54.

Got it, thanks again! Switched it to Hokulani last month for a reduced maintenance fee...that should be our last time switching.

You’ll still have to pay the daily Hawaii TAT even if you use your home resort week.

No, same amount of points but smaller room. Went from 2B Plus at Lagoon Tower to a 1B Premier at Hokulani.
