Question -what do you mean by:

What is a "trader"?
There are some great weeks that trade very easily into Orlando, especially through Interval International. Even a small one bedroom at Sheraton Broadway Plantation, fees of about $426/yr, can get a 2 bedroom in Orlando for just about any time of year. You would have to pay the upgrade fee with Interval International. Of course there are membership and exchange fees.

We are thinking about purchasing. Before you respond, please consider: We won't be exchanging this resort. we don't mind coming here every year, we won't be visiting any of the parks, when we vacation we basically just chill in the room, read books and rent movies, eat at area restaurants, we like being treated like owners. Here it is, awaiting your experienced, professional opinions:
Sheraton Vistana Resort
Asking price $100
Maint. Fee: $1,082.00
Week: Floating (High Season)
Ownership Type: Deeded
Use: Annual
2 Bedrooms
Sleeps 8
Beds1 King, 2 Full/Double, 1 Sleeper Sofa
View: Varies
Building/Unit: Prime Season
2 Bathrooms
Kitchen
What do you think pros? Yours is the opinion that counts to us.
I wouldn't count on this being a lock-off. The bed configuration sounds wrong for a lock-off. I'm guessing this is a dedicated lock-off and the MF is wrong. (The listed MF might include the VSN fee.)

Also, "High Season" and "Prime Season" are two different seasons at the Sheraton Vistana Resort, so you would want to clarify which this is.

Agree with Judy. A 2BRLO would have kings in both bedrooms. This would be a regular 2BR, but MF's are high, unless they are quoting in C$ (that's about what I pay after conversion).
