I just rented one out using Koala. Fee is 8%. I had also listed the week on Redweek, where I think it was a $59 up front fee plus a $99 fee if it rents, using their verified and protected option.
Verified and protected is just $45. It's the Full Service rental that is $59 + $99 when rented.

Nice. Thanks. Is there a rental contract of some sort? Or is it just a matter of reserving with WSJ and just changing the name of the guest?

There’s an agreement with Koala for the listing and they do a contract with the guests. You have to add the guest confirmation.

Koala works like many other online booking sites (Vrbo, Airbnb). The renter agrees to the terms when they rent through the website. We have rented a few times through Koala and there isn't an actual signed contract, just an agreement that you agree to the terms when booking.

Redweek also charges the renter an additional amount.
Yes it's now 6% but only when the listing is using their Verified and Protected service. They don't charge the renter if it's a 'self serve' listing. Can make quite a difference on a $4K listing with an extra $240 to pay for 'peace of mind'.
