Is that Grand Desert maintenance fee correct? 48.76 a month x 12 months = 585.12 divided by 84k points a year (biennial) is $6.96 per thousand points. The Tug maintenance fee thread has the dues for this resort listed as $5.41 or $5.51 per thousand depending on tower. Even if you are including an extra .68 or .70 per thousand points for the programming fee, that still seems too high.

FYI, LT Transfers told me they have quit taking Wyndham transactions b/c of the loooooong time to close a transaction. Sad.

The current wyndhamt transfer fee is now $399.

The cost of free - but buyer will have to pay the fees associated with transfer, the Wyndham Transfer fee $299 and I will have it done by LT Transfer the most reasonable company out there. Their current charges are APPROXIAMATELY $225.

These are some pretty decent deals for a person looking to start out in the resale market or add to their package.
