Yumdrey, Did you actually deposit your week or just do an exchange? My account doesnt allow me to deposit Sheraton units, only exchange. I still can only search 12 months out.

I was on the phone for 30 minutes yesterday with the II Sheraton rep. She said I would have to call Starwood to get it fixed. I'm still angry that they have screwed up my account. My use is severly altered at this point. It worked fine before they broke it trying to fix it!

The thing is it may have worked for oyu before, but the process for voluntary deposits made absolutely no sense. They had to fix that. I'm not a big Starwood or II defender, but I'm very much willing to give them a week to make this improvement and then straighten out everyone's accounts.

In the past, I have been able to choose and deposit my non-SVN weeks with II, too, but based on the latest poll, it appears that other owners HAVEN'T been able to do this about 30% of the time. I agree that dealing with the re-programming is inconvenient, but I think the long term improvements will be worth it, and it will make depositing equitable for all owners.

BTW - Based on this sighting from this morning, it appears that the 3-day SW priority is alive and well - http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=104779 :cheer:
(Thanks, Cindy!)

Agree with you....
My account is still only showing the 2 deposited 2009 weeks and nothing else.
The wait continues ....

Okay, it's 2 days now without the ability to search beyond 12 months and my 2010 units are still missing. I am trying to be magnanomous and rejoice that other non-SVN owners will no longer have a hassle depositing their reserved week. So far I and others like me that didn't have an issue are being penalized while Starwood reprograms their system. How long does it take this outfit to tweek their new program? How long should I wait before I give up and figure they will not be fixing this?

I am hoping it will all go away and be some temporary glitch. Mine is still just like yours and missing all my undeposited units and I am quite annoyed by not being able to search beyond 12 months, etc, but I am trying not to think about it, at least until after school starts next week and I can get a bit organized. Perhaps someone here will post good news very soon so I won't have to call II/Starwood and complain.

If anyone who is waiting for the "glitch" to be fixed and wants to know what's out in II, send me a PM.

I have a week my 2010 week already deposited and would be happy to check for anyone.

So you have a DEPOSITED 2010 week that is MIA? Interesting - I thought it was just non-deposited weeks. Please let us know when it shows up again. THANKS! :hi:

No it's showing up just fine, was offering to check availability for people who can't play on II.

Thanks, Twink

Three days and counting. I'm trying to be patient. I put in a request today using a different timeshare in my account. Too bad II & Starwood can't seem to get this straigtened out or I just might have used my desirable VCC & SDI March weeks. As it stands for now TPI is going to get them for exchange if this isn't solved soon.

No change. When I talked to the II rep last week, he said I would have to call Starwood and tell them I am not in the network to get this fixed. This is definitely not an improvement for non-network owners. Starwood has tied our hands with their "improved" system at II. It isn't a question of whether we can deposit our reserved week anymore. We have lost the ability to deposit anything at all.
I am furious. Starwood has stolen my timeshares.

Still the same. Only showing my deposited 2010 week.

Don't have 2009 showing up(I do have the availability of depositing 48-50 with LT).

angry too!

It's been a week since I've been waiting, so I called II again this morning, and they said it is Starwood which doesn't complete update, so I have to call & complain it to starwood. They (II) said they cannot change my account status without update/confirmation from starwood.
I will call starwood and find out what exactly they are doing right now. I will let you know what they say.

I have EOYs, so I am not experiencing any issues (I can see the two 2010 EOYS I deposited earlier this year). Has anyone spoken to Starwood to find out why/how they are involved? I can't since everything appears fine for me.

You already deposited so your units were unaffected. It is those of us that had not deposited that have the issues. Starwood has configured our units so that we have no way to deposit on-line and next year's units aren't listed in our accounts. We have also lost the ability to search beyond 12 months out.

I am patiently waiting.....
My II account that only has my non-SVN in it. I can not see my 2010 unit at all.
In my SVN II account I can not see any 2010 units either. I did deposit my 2009 unit, and it shows that I can exchange w/ it, but I can also do a search with that same 2009 unit just as I if I had not deposited it. I am still working on my understanding the system, but just when I thought I was getting a grasp of it... oh my...
