Me too! My unit is missing, too, and all the other years for other resorts are missing, so I currently can't search. Very confused  .

I'm missing all my SDO weeks, SBP and VCC weeks. The only things showing are my deposited weeks. For my SDO, none of which I had deposited, the resort doesn't even show up now in my list of eligible resorts.

FWIW, I still see my fixed SVR weeks in II. No change as of yet for me - though from what I read it may be that the fixed weeks owners won't be affected by this change.

Here's another angle: we all pay a fee every time we add a resort to our Acct. How can they charge us a fee and then not let us "see" the weeks registered in our Accts? Everyone on II has that capability - not just Starwood owners with corporate Accts. II WANTS us to deposit our weeks and make exchanges - that's how they make money - making it more difficult is not in their best interest. That's why I really think this is just a temporary glitch - nothing else makes sense.

I agree. To me this looks like re-coding of this section of the website. I doubt seriously that the new layout of the website just affects Starwood owners. If I was really worried, I would log into my Hyatt account, and check it out. I'm guessing that the new code worked in the test environment, and when they moved it into production, they found a glitch.

I'll bet given time that the "missing" weeks come back.

Well, I just logged on to my Marriott account and nothing has changed. I still see deposited and undeposited weeks there. On Starwood I only see 1 week and it's an undeposited Falls for 2010. That is the only one I have left to trade anyways so I guess for me this is all correct....

My other non SVO resorts are all showing properly. I'm missing at least 6 2010 SVO weeks and all 2011 ones.

I think they are afraid of you

It seems to be random - because Denise L has both corporate and non-SVN ownerships and her non-SVN account is affected.

I only have non-SVN account and mine is affected.

Denise M has both corporate and non-SVN and neither of hers are affected just like you.

The mystery continues.....

I see my one remaining 2009 WKORV deposited week and both my 2009 WKORV units as available. Seems strange that I should see my both my 2009 WKORV as available since they have been used already.

I rarely visit II so not sure if what I'm seeing is different.

Just got off the phone with II. As usual when I call they imediately transfer me to Sheraton desk. I hate that. I'm not a Starwood member. So anyhow, talked to Alex. Put me on hold. Came back to tell me that they are experiencing a problem with the Sheraton accounts and it should be resolved within 24 hours. Could not give me any other info. Is this just Sheraton or is it Westin, too?

Just checked my II account and my units are back. It now shows my SDI as "Platinum Plus" and the resort designation has changed to SI1. Cave Creek is shown as "Gold Plus" and resort code has also changed. Only 2009 weeks are listed even though 2010 should show also.

I guess they are still working on it.

This is interesting....the search function works but asks for no dates or reservation number. I can only search out 1 year from today, however.

All owners are equal. All have the same ability to call and make reservations at the 12-month mark, then do what they wish with the week.

Don't drink the koolaid regarding giving owners who choose to use their week preferential treatment. That in itself is discrimination.

Right on! Right on!

Sounds like progress? Well, mine is still the same as it was yesterday, missing units and only showing deposits. I hope it gets resolved soon.

I just checked my corporate II Acct., and my 2010 Westin week is not showing there either - so that means it's not just the non-SVN Accts. that are having a problem, therefore, it's not a Starwood/II plot against non-SVN owners. ;)

Yes, it's inconvenient, but if this is what it takes to make the depositing system fair for ALL non-SVN owners, then I am willing to be patient for a few days! :hi:

I agree, Denise. It looks like Starwood is implementing a system with II that allows for exchange of non-Starwood accounts to exchange with out actually reserving a unit first. Much like the network members. This would allow Starwood to control what weeks are deposited. However, it does not allow me to search two years out. That is a definite problem. There is no way to deposit & exchange for 2010 use as yet. I don't see any change in exchange power and I assume I can still call & reserve my week for my own use or to deposit for exchange at SFX or TPI but there doesn't seem to be a way to deposit 2010 at II. Strange, eh?

This would allow Starwood to control what weeks are deposited.

It is way too soon to say, but Starwood does not have the LEGAL RIGHT to choose the weeks that resale/voluntary owners deposit, so I don't believe that's what's happening. We will have to wait and see, but I think II is just having problems implementing a new computer program.

Any changes or updates today?

My non-SVN account is OK (2011 week is there) but my Corporate Acct. still does not show my 2010 week.

My non-SVN account only shows my 2009 deposited week, and not my 2010 week like it used to. :(

My SVN account shows a 2009 week available even though it is an EOY even year. Anyone know why my SVN units now seem to have seasons (Gold Plus, Platinum, etc) in II???

By "put the week in your Acct." do you mean depositing it, or just having it added to your Acct.?

Did you discuss picking the week to be deposited?

Is your week in the SVN?

This is all very confusing - it seems contradictory to what they told Politico:

I called up II as I was greatly dismayed by this apparent change and a seemingly strong arm tactic to control non-SVN weeks. Here's the good news that II rep Sheila reported to me: The reason for the chnage is that as of today, non-SVN weeks will be able to deposit entirely through II. We will not have to go through Starwood.

Wow, I just checked this thread, I should have done it on Aug. 18th.
In the morning of 18th, I checked my II account, and saw that my WMH weeks are gone. I was in panic, and I called II immediately.
Ironically, Worldmark/II respresentative answered my call, and I complained that my WMH weeks are gone.
He was put me on hold for more than 10 minutes, and finally, he said, starwood is updating their mandatory/voluntary accounts with II and voluntary resort owners can deposit their weeks without confirmation with SVN from now on. I thought it was cool.
He also said, 2009 weeks would be updated within couple days, and then 2010 weeks will be updated after 2009 weeks.
So I am waiting patiently.

one more thing.
I tried to deposit my reserved week (2009) yesterday, and had no problem to exchange that week. So it made me happy.

Great news! - and it makes sense, based on what everyone is seeing in their Accts.

Yumdrey, Did you actually deposit your week or just do an exchange? My account doesnt allow me to deposit Sheraton units, only exchange. I still can only search 12 months out.

I was on the phone for 30 minutes yesterday with the II Sheraton rep. She said I would have to call Starwood to get it fixed. I'm still angry that they have screwed up my account. My use is severly altered at this point. It worked fine before they broke it trying to fix it!
