Hello, we are looking at using an Interval free week certificate at Marriott’s Willow Rodge in Branson, but we can’t check in on the first day…need to check in on the second day. Is this allowed?

Just call them by the day you're scheduled and tell them. It'll be fine.

To add to the other comments, if you are planning on arriving before 4 pm (the normal check in time), tell them that you would like your room to be clean and available at ____ (whatever time you plan to arrive).

Good point, I will do that! Thanks!

We have never had an issue with this and never asked. In reality they shouldn't be waiting till your arrival day to clean your unit. You have the usage right the day before and if you happen to show up early, it should be ready. They won't let someone else use the room, it simply sits empty.

Yep, just did exactly that at Westin Mission Hills. Overlapped dates on exchanges. So, burned the first day but was not an issue. Actually made it kind of nice moving resorts .

We've done this regularly with DVC and MVC, never had a problem but we always alert them.
