Once again I can't thank this community enough of everyone sharing there experience and idea's of what to do with timeshares etc..... with every post / question I ask. I get better idea of how to ask the question better and It brings more questions. I can't thank everyone enough !

with that said. I create this posted and edit my other post named the same as this but a #1 in the title.

I am positioning myself to get 3 bedroom Non wyndham locations now. At the end of the #1 Post I put the RCI number of one the properties I am about to transfer to myself.

for this post, I am looking at this property in Scotland. The question I have, long as it can trade in RCI, it can be any were in the world ???

I Think the Maint fees are 900 a year and the fixed weeks are from 10-May to 17-May ( validating with current Owner now)

This is the 2nd property I am looking at for preparing for PIC.

Like I mentioned in a previous post, It will be about a year maybe 2 before I am ready to drop the money from the developer. so the plan is to get these 2 non wyndham now, use them to trade for location in RCI in europe I want to travel to. Then get into PIC eventually.

It has to be RCI weeks, not RCI points. If the deed has been converted to RCI points, it's ineligible. Location doesn't matter.

Technically, the fees isn't converted. Instead, the week is enrolled in points as the method by which the owner interacts with RCI. The enrollment may be terminated at the owners request and will terminate if the owner no longer has an RCI membership. The latter doesn't help with PICing a week, but the former does.

I got a week from Timeshare Nation that was enrolled in points. I had them remove it from points before trasfering it to me. I figured it would be better to let them do it, since they were more familiar with RCI points then I was. So if you want to PIC a week that’s in points, have the owner cancel the points membershipbefore transfering. They may require a sales agreement ahead of time.
