Once again I can't thank this community enough of everyone sharing there experience and idea's of what to do with timeshares etc..... with every post / question I ask. I get better idea of how to ask the question better and It brings more questions. I can't thank everyone enough !
with that said. I create this posted and edit my other post named the same as this but a #1 in the title.
I am positioning myself to get 3 bedroom Non wyndham locations now. At the end of the #1 Post I put the RCI number of one the properties I am about to transfer to myself.
for this post, I am looking at this property in Scotland. The question I have, long as it can trade in RCI, it can be any were in the world ???

I Think the Maint fees are 900 a year and the fixed weeks are from 10-May to 17-May ( validating with current Owner now)
This is the 2nd property I am looking at for preparing for PIC.
Like I mentioned in a previous post, It will be about a year maybe 2 before I am ready to drop the money from the developer. so the plan is to get these 2 non wyndham now, use them to trade for location in RCI in europe I want to travel to. Then get into PIC eventually.
