Bluegreen Resorts deedback info - give your unwanted Bluegreen ownership back

Only on a sale over a certain amount. I am on my 8th contract and only got it for one.
Got it. Thank you as always. You and others were instrumental with guidance getting this done. Very appreciative. Good luck with getting them all done.

Just giving this link to the Bluegreen Facebook Sales group a permanent place on this thread.
There was another group but BG had Facebook shut it down.
Neither Scott Wilson or Kevin J Collins take any money to assist people.

There is a robust Bluegreen resale market on Facebook. I suggest you take a look, read the information and list it there as well as here.

It explains to you the information you need to post an ad.

The group has a free step by step guide which many find helpful https://www.facebook.com/groups/1653809734834634

Today I received the recorded deed from Bluegreen for Blue Ridge Village week 23. We didn't have to pay fees for 2025, this is a deed back, and we did pay ridiculous special assessments over the last several years.

If I want to stay at Blue Ridge Village, it's pretty easy to exchange in.

Thanks to Bluegreen for accepting this deed back. I am glad to be done with it. Rick is too. He is tired of the special assessments totalling over $2,600 over the last several years, 3 separate ones.

Thanks so much for getting back on the thread and letting us know.
I know it was a long process for you but had a good ending.

Celebration... I just received a recorded deed that Bluegreen now owns my Blue Ridge Village week that I owned with my ex. It was the last one we had together. It was a deed-back and the whole process took about 4 months from first contact. HGVC actually handled it. There were no fees.
