Best Way to Rent Unit in Hawaii?

Hi, I have a unit I'd like to rent in Hilton Hawaiian Village,... I've posted it on AirBnB and Redweek, but have had little success.

Has anyone used VRBO before, or any other recommendations?

I tried posting to VRBO, but they require both a Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) number and a General Excise Tax (GET) number...
I know Hilton collects the TAT upon checkout, so If I collected that, it would be redundant.

Should I file for a GET and collect this tax, and then use Hilton's TAT number for the other one?

Would appreciate any help if anyone's had to set something like this up before.

If it hasn't rented, your price is too high. Take a good look at the identical listings on Redweek for the same time frame that have actually rented - not just the other listings, because a lot of them will be unrealistically high.
