Well, I think my form was processed as the reservation disappeared from my Bonvoy account- but I did not receive any kind of notice from MVC to let me know that it had been completed. I haven't checked with my guest yet to see if she received a new confirmation in her name.
You should be able to confirm via the instructions in post #449.

Yeah I tried that; and it just keeps giving me an error message- "We're experiencing a technical issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

I try it again in the morning and make sure it worked.

Try it not logged in. I get that error too. You may also want to try the app.

I seem to recall having that problem too even though I was signed out. If the Marriott site still says your name at the top when you're signed out go to the sign in page and click "clear remembered account". I think that fixed it for me.

I never checked with my renters but never heard from them again and they sent me money so I think they are getting the confirmations.

Yeah I tried using a different browser entirely without the saved account and still got the error message.

I think I had the same problem with an interval confirmation last month and the error message and I think it resolved after an overnight batching- so I will try again in the morning and see if it works then.

Be careful if you are renting your unit out and wanting to add your guest's name. The MVCI form for that seems to be asking if you will be staying for the full week, rather than a partial week. But that is not the case. It's asking if you will be there or not. You need to say that you will not be there for the full week. If you don't do that, they will not process your request correctly. MVCI apparently has no interest in improving the wording here. They did not appear to accept my request to a rewording.
