Anyone stay at Lakeshore recently?

Considering the Covid numbers in Florida, I’m shocked people would even consider coming here!

Agreed. We are locals (Brevard County) and had that Lakeshore exchange requested a year in advance though so in our case we are already here...and we still decided to cancel. We are hiding in our house. The numbers are BAD and hardly anyone wears masks.

I didn't go to the Lakeshore pool today, but did go to the JW. It was pretty packed. We had trouble finding 4 chairs at first.

Also, even though there is a mask mandate, I still see many people in stores not wearing them here.
Pool water here at hard rock hotel is warmer than LS. Went at 8pm and it was literally bath water warm.

YOu won't see anyone (perhaps a few) wearing masks around the pools at any of the resort. We have noticed mask wearing to be pretty good out and about in Orlando. Though last night we went up on I-Drive to eat and mask wearing was not very good. Mostly people carrying them, not wearing them, have them pulled down. You know, the usual stuff.

What!? That seems impossible.

Every time I've been to Publix , I've seen maybe 20 percent not wearing masks.

Me too. We only go out with masks, etc!

I was at Publix earlier and only saw a handful of people without masks on. A few that weren't wearing them correctly and a few others with them wrapped around their arm.

We're down at Oceana Palms right now...same mask situation. Palm Beach County has ordered mask wearing in public where social distancing is not possible, so that leaves an incredible amount to interpretation. When we got here we did some shopping at Costco, Publix, and Total Wine and everyone was wearing masks indoors. Here at the resort it's kind of all over the place. Our process is to wear them inside all the time (except the gym when exercising), and outdoors when we're moving around and going near people. I'd say about half are doing that, some are barely wearing them. It's not all that crowded here even with the one pool closed, so we've been able to keep away from people for the most part. Staff has been masked up indoors but also hit or miss outdoors, and OP was enforcing the mask rule on the first day but nothing since.

This whole thing is such a hot mess - just wear your damn mask SMH.

What are everyone's thoughts on 2 bedroom ownership? I currently have a deeded standard 2 bedroom and am thinking about switching to the deluxe. This would be for the townhouse option.
