I have an ophthalmologist appointment this morning for cataract surgery evaluation so I opened with SIGHT. I can’t see, apparently. I went with one of my old favorites next with BAYOU and got the B and O in correct positions. BLOOD popped into my head immediately so I went with it and got the O in third position, leaving me with BxOOx. It was either BROOK or BROOM. I prefer BROOK. The gods swept me away with their BROOM!

It is very QUIET on the lake, but my cats are ROWDY. Two words. Zero letters! Not good. A is the only vowel remaining so I’m thinking it pairs well with L as in SLA, PLA, FLA, BLA… I try FLANK and get the A and K correct plus an N.I immediately think the N has to be in seconds position leaving me with xNAxK. It has to be SNACK. Fitting, because I’m hungry!
