Anyone playing wordle?

Harrumph. I had it in two. BUT I MISSPELLED IT!
1. In my haste (and 6:30 am, cats clambering for breakfast sleepiness) to input my answer, I put a correct letter in a box already proven to be wrong. 2. Misspelled the correct answer with apparently a real word so it didn’t get rejected. 3. I can’t find that misspelled yet acceptable word as an alternate spelling or as a word with a definition when I Google it. 4. I contend that that spelling should have been rejected by the game.

I suppose I have to live with my three, but I am NOT happy!

I was glad to get my 4.
I see several of us thought of the same words.

I was at a bit of a loss for a guess after BYLAW. I had r/o YACHT with the placement of the A. Out of the dim reaches of my brain, I pulled out KAYAK. I was thinking 'boat' but actually used the travel reservation company to pull up the word

One more ....

5. Even though you scored a three on a tough word, you still managed to give the gods their satisfaction quotient. :D

Four today

Another four.
The birds around the lake are singing very loudly this morning so I started with CHIRP. Just an R out of position. Moving th R to the starting position, I tried RELAY, which added an E also looking for a home. Next, I moved the ER to the end with OUTER, but they are still out of position, along with the O. At this point, I think the R has to be in position 2 and the E is likely in 5. I’m thinking xROxE. GROPE? I keep looking. BROKE? More likely so I try it. Yep.

Too many choices today, ended with a 5.

Four. Good word.

After INPUT clanged, UNZIP was the only word I could find.

I drained a trey.
Most mornings, it is very quiet and serene in my sunroom. But, we’re only about a mile from the interstate and there are days, few and far between, thankfully, that we can hear the traffic and it can be NOISY. It was good for an I and N both out of position. I thought of INPUT but didn’t really like it so kept thinking and came up with INEPT which I liked a lot. Hmmm. Anyway, got the N correct and added a P. Fortunately, it also eliminated the T and INPUT or I would have taken a four. It left me looking at xNxIP. It didn’t take me long to UNZIP that.

Not only did I hate doing this puzzle, it is fighting me in the spoiler. Sorry, can’t delete the extra screen shot.

Glad to get a 4.
I agree with @VacationForever about word choice.
I kinda disregarded 'un' words for guess #3 cause they just seem to be the reverse or not form of real words e.g. "undid" or "unwed' , "untie" etc. Didn't think WORDLE would be at a loss for real words. But I guess in common vernacular we unzip as much as we need to zip it ;)
