Well…….I haven’t heard anything. Vistana TUGGERS, anyone get their grand prize email?

Even if I did win, it’s unlikely I will see the email…

I gave up playing a couple of weeks ago, partly cause I was on vacation. Never won anything substantial no matter what time of day I played on either DH"s or my accounts.
It was good mainly as a Concentration memory game.

Well……that would be a bad email to miss, especially if you only had a few days to claim before Marriott just kept it .

Same here, received my 1000 points on April 10 that I won on Feb 16. April 10 must have been the big dump day.

A couple of weeks ago it said I won a beach towel and I would get an email with more information, but I never received an email. Anyone else had that experience?

Some people have reported it, but it probably went into your junk or spam folder.

I won the Abound Towel and the 500 abound points. I was expecting a fluffy beach towel and was a little disappointed with what was received. I am excited about the 500 abound points.

I have searched all folders for Vistana and Marriott, but no messages about winning or a beach towel.

One of the stupidest things they’ve done is outsource this contest and not arrange to have emails sent from their own domain. Typical.

Oh, and did you notice that when you were done with the contest it left us at the Marriott site…not Vistana…even though we could get to it from Vistana. Yet another incompetent and likely untested system. Make us feel even less than equal in every way, thank you Marriott.

Did you manage to get your 500 Abound points after missing the original email notification?

Interesting thing just happened...I receive the standard prize email for 500 Plus Points or 11,200 Bonvoy points, which I never won during the actual sweepstakes and so much hoped to win! At the bottom was verbiage that you need to claim it within 5 days or it will be forfeited. I suspect they are doing some kind of drawings to re-award unclaimed prizes as they cleanup/close out the contest. I claimed the prize and instantly received the standard email saying I didn't need to do anything else and should see the prize in about 30 days. I then wrote to them and said Plus Points please! You know, in case there was any question. ;)

just got the same email, did the skill-testing question (pretty sure it's the same as the last one as my web browser remembered the answer) and filled out the W-8BEN yet again -- took the 11,200 Bonvoy points (way more than the 1000 i won during the contest!)

It isn't a choice of 500 or 11,200, you get what you qualify for. If you are an Abound member, you get 500 Abound Club Points. If you aren't Abound eligible, then you get the Bonvoy points. The contest was open to all owners, even those who just own VSN Voluntary.

I remember that silly skill testing question back when I lived in Canada...

The 500 points just deposited to my Marriott account, very excited. I wonder is it possible I can rent 200 points, so I can use the combined 700 points for a 3 night staycation?

Yes, that should work.
