Vistana and MVC have fewer fees as well. But you pay more in MF and wait up to 4 months to set up a new VOI. However I will happily wait to save $2000 transaction fees.

Agree. Resale could be interesting but I would be afraid of ending up in MAX jail instead of remaining HGVC legacy and keeping my Elite benefits.

30k points to stay in a 2 bdrm not on the beach. Are you kidding me?
Founderscard Rates run about $275 a night for the Hyatt Regency directly in front of the property. Definitely not for somebody who is about maximizing value, but I'm sure they will have some great promotions when people don't book there because the point values are so high.
