[ 2020 ] Tuggers I don't see posting any more? Where are they?

This video looks like it was posted by pwrshift.

Anyone hear from @pwrshift lately?

So this is how you reserved pool side lounger chairs before everyone else and before the Marriott’s pool staff comes to work. LOL.

Great video Of Lounger Stealers. This could happen at any resort, hotel or on a cruise ship.

Another Tugger Steve Fatula seems to have faded out.
Looking at his profile he and perhaps DW had some serious health issues. Sad.

I recall he was a big MVC points user.

Before he bailed out of TUG, he told me that a couple of TUGers were not being nice to him. I didn't read the exchanges with those people the way he did. He said that he was leaving TUG as he did not need that kind of stress.

I may have mentioned this in the past. I do believe there are some Tuggers that have reincarnated as a new member/guest.
It is entirely possible to create a new identity using a new email address. Or an email address of a friend or spouse.

Whatever makes them happy :)

Thanks for the input. I do recall you had met Steve personally.
Sometimes the intonation of the written language in posts and emails can get taken the wrong way.
I too am guilty of taking replies and written emails and posts in a negative context.

TUG is at the end of the day a social media platform akin to facebook. I am mostly disconnected from facebook and have felt that is was a good decision.

If I need to use facebook I will just ask DW to take a peek for me.

While I don't post much, I've been a TUG member for a long time (since 1996). I've found this thread to be very interesting and the fact that it has endured for so long reinforces my long held belief - the reason that TUG is different from other social media platforms is our MEMBERS. I have found so many folks on here who are willing to share knowledge and actually HELP one another. And there is also a great deal of entertainment value in the non-timeshare topics.

I was one of the DIK owners "back in the day" who was an "ocelot". Any of you still out there? If so, please chime in with a "me too"!

Does anyone else remember GinGin? Terrible arguments would break out, especially if anyone dissed orange lake. She came back under a different name, but left again.

Hi all. Thought I would stir this thread and thaw it out a bit after hibernating for a year. I noticed LeslieDet has been silent for a while. Not sure why. Perhaps some discussion here offended her. Sometimes you have to have a tough skin or just ignore the venomous language.

We did not own DIK, South Africa, but we did own Lowveld Lodge. Those SA weeks were tiger traders!

Is DaveM, still alive and living in South Carolina? He was a Marriott’s timeshare expert.

She has her own Facebook group to keep track of.
