Haha. Only if we believed you, we would be shorting the market left and right.

I think you don't believe what I read but it is data. I'm thinking it wouldn't matter because most investors buy high and low so it kind of averages out as a positive gain over the years. If the market did crash most investors would ride it out is what I see happening.

There’s been two big crashes since we retired
I didn’t cry or announce it to the world
I didn’t have to declare bankruptcy, sell my house or my possessions
Apparently that is how people in renters world behave. We lived on, all that money came back and grew into more.
