I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Chrome incognito mode on two different computers. Restarted one computer. All to no avail.

When I click Sign In, I get a little flicker then back to the same marketing page. On a different computer at the log in screen, I get the Something Unexpected . . . .

This has been the case all day.

Like being in the stone age, sometimes, LOL!

Oh... the extreme irony in this screenshot.

Yes, i'm having problems logging in.
Yes, that's the "something went wrong" error box BEHIND the "help us improve the website" box...
Yes, i'm even attempting to log in FROM a resort, on Wyndham wifi

You can't make this stuff up...

FWIW, I reported the problem when it started. Have had no response whatsoever, not even acknowledgement of receipt.

I use Chrome's incognito mode.

When do you think it started? I can't remember when this didn't happen... If at first you don't succeeed, try, try again.

Not sure but relatively recently -- less than a month ago?

I keep trying, then open a Chrome incognito window.

It's been for a long time for me. Possibly worse lately (my brother called me the other day and asked me if I changed his password, lol). I'm not sure incognito helps or not, I still fail doing that.

I use the app whenever possible. The logon issue (for me (and my brother) was with the website)).

All day yesterday I had the error message, then last night it worked, late, midnight Eastern Time it worked.

I was able to get in earlier today and picked up a 2br at St thomas for our family thanksgiving trip! We didn't plan far enough ahead, and have 4 x 1br held to cover, but this 2br will make central cooking, eating, and game playing way nicer. I did not have time then to cancel 2 of the 1br and am wanting to do that now. Tonight, I can't get past the error tonight. Typically after 2 to 15 tries it finally works, but not tonight. I could not get in one time when I wanted to cancel a reservation right at 15 days. I called the next day and the agent cancelled and returned points without any lecture when I mentioned I could not log in and repeatedly got the "something went wrong" error message. Seems like they are used to it.

And I got in first try tonight. Probably around 10 pm central — go figure.

For months now it's a rare exception that I don't get that message when I log in. I quickly learned to just ignore it, click on the menu bars in the upper left hand corner, and proceed with whatever I want/need to do.

It just worked!! First time in I don't know how long.

Same here - though admittedly I use the mobile app more and more often for most of my availability searching and bookings.

I don't have the app but am using my phone. Also I do clear everything every time.

Wow - nope - did not occur to me, that from this screen I could select 'Club Wyndham' in the left hand corner and I was logged in. Thanks @Jan M. Add this to helpful things I've learned here on TUG. Silly me, I was logging in again (and again, and again...) at this point.

Out of nowhere, today, I didn't have any issues logging in, but the "something went wrong" seems to be popping up occasionally.
