Can't Access Web Site

I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Chrome incognito mode on two different computers. Restarted one computer. All to no avail.

When I click Sign In, I get a little flicker then back to the same marketing page. On a different computer at the log in screen, I get the Something Unexpected . . . .

This has been the case all day.

I was failing on about four out of every five yesterday, but repeated attempts with no cache clearing etc. eventually worked.
