I noticed a document under Bill History with my 2023 Assessment Summary. It only contains total values. When I divide by the number of points owned, the Program Fee has increased from $0.70 to $0.72.

Wyndham Grand Desert (Tower 1&2)
2023 Maintenance fees: $4.36
Reserve fund: $1.21
Property tax: $0.19
Total HOA: $5.76

Increase of 6.5%
 
Towers on the Grove:
Total HOA: $5.53

Grand Desert Tower 3:

Total HOA: $5.79
 
Avenue Plaza weeks ownership
Studio: $777.15

9.8% increase

Kona Coast II, managed by Wyndham - for our deeded 2BR weeks, $1539.98 per week. For 1BR weeks, $1197.89 per week.

I haven’t calculated the increase compared to 2023.
 
So here is what I was able to decipher for our newly acquired Club Wyndham Access per 1,000 points. The 2023 number came from last year's MF thread.

2024 Maintenance Fee: $7.44
2024 Reserve Fund: $0.21
2024 Total: $7.65

2023 Total $7.22 >>> 5.96% increase

2024 program fees went up two cents in each category.

.80 per thousand for 1st million PR points
.72 per thousand with Plus Partners
.70 per thousand without Plus Partners

2024 CWA - $7.65, up 5.96%

2024 Panama City Beach - Presidential Reserve - $5.60, up 10.236%

2023 Panama City Beach - Presidential Reserve - $5.08

Also mainly for my own purposes (if I don't have my chicken scratched letter handy, I regularly come back to the TUG thread to see my info), my current overall MF/k, including program fee, is $6.47/k. Last year at this time with a different set of contracts (I've acquired two and exited two), it was $6.66/k. (I'm not counting one more small contract still in process that should bring it down a bit more.)

Has anyone gotten a statement for CWA?

The website is so squirrel-ly. I keep getting that log-in screen but already logged in, and I cannot check inventory because it goes back to that same screen. It's frustrating.

No statement yet, but I saw in Paymentus the new assessment total. Someone posted above the right numbers per 1K points:

So that is $7.65/k plus the program fee.

I'm guessing this because the Reserve Fund listed for CWA is so small (way smaller than the average reserve fund listed for other deeded resorts in this thread), and there's no tax listed - so it appears CWA has its own separate reserve fund. So what does the CWA Reserve Fund go towards? Is that to cover any special assessments that might come along (e.g. PCB)?

You're right. It is 5.96% increase which matches Jan's number. I am not sure how I arrived at my percentage increase. I will request a mod to edit my post.
 
I just realized I received the budget for one more HOA before I Certified Exited it. (And you can see why I did!)

Ocean Boulevard (I believe the first phase, so it wasn't initially numbered)
2024 Maintenance fees: $6.10
Reserve fund: $1.64
Property tax: $0.26
Total HOA: $8.01
Increase of 10.9%

I heard that there some some resorts, Austin being one, where CWA owns units for the whole year instead of just blocks of multiple units for part of the year. When CWA owns an entire unit it needs to have its own reserve fund to contribute to refurbishment and other items that the reserve fund pays for at a resort. The amount is small because the number of units that CWA owns in their entirety is small.
