Wyndham is closing a handful of legacy resorts - dedicated chart/tracker located in the first post for this unfolding set of events

Wellington, along with all other HOAs at FG - voted for bankruptcy proceedings and resort closure - as is clearly indicated in the OP tracker. Swap letters have not gone out yet, but will likely go out this week or next, as the tracker also indicates.
 
Please note I added a section to the FAQ in the OP for general guidance on the points swap letters/emails/offers - borrowed from @Richelle who wrote this up and published it as a PSA on various FB groups that she moderates.
