Wyndham CWA Contracts

For those of us that are unfamiliar with Wyndham, what is a CWA contracts? How does it differ from a "normal" timeshare week ?

It gives you 13 month ARP at multiple resorts at the cost of having high maintenance fees. You have to pay $6.9 per thousand in maintenance (including the program fee) instead of owning at a cheaper easy to obtain resort like Grand Desert ($5.49 per thousand). It's a waste of money unless you need the ARP for larger units during holiday weeks. I can get a 1 bedroom unit pretty much everywhere at the 10 month mark, so I don't care to have CWA. If I were deeded CWA, it would cost me an extra $631 a year vs. the deeds I picked up cheaply in other locations.
