This is the not new Club Wyndham points exchange chart for RCI. 84,000 points will get you a 2 bedroom in Quiet Season, a 1 bedroom in Value or Quiet season, etc. You may deposit the points each year for exchanges into higher value seasons and/or larger units.

If you trade your deeded week at the closed resort for 84,000 Club Wyndham Access points, your maintenance fees will be $711.48 plus the minimum program fee of $192 for an annual total of $903.48. How does this number compare to the maintenance fees you were paying for the fixed week?

There are multiple avenues to continue on with the CWA exchange for your deed, or buy a resale with Club Wyndham or elsewhere that might be a good fit for your future timesharing plans. If Club Wyndham has many of the destinations/resorts where you would like to stay, you can save the $299 RCI exchange fee by owning Club Wyndham points and booking directly through that system instead of exchanging.
