Maintenance is $104 per month for both.

Ownership originally is/was at Palm-Aire Pompano Beach.

First available use year is 2026.

I am wiling to pay half of the transfer fees with LT Transfers. This will cost you approximately $315.

We are retired with no family to transfer. Happy to pay it forward!
