It keeps logging me off.

If you click on the menu bars you'll find you aren't actually logged off. At least that's what happens for me.

For the last few day my major headache with the website is that most of the time it takes me back to the log on screen when I try to view my reservations. If I play around with it eventually I will to see my reservations.

At first I tried logging back in after it took me back to the log in screen. After I entered the 6 digit # it was taking me back to the log in screen. After 3-4 times I gave up and in desperation clicked on the menu to find that I was still logged in.

I was trying to get to by reservation list, and every time I clicked on it it would keep me logged in but bring me to the login page. I wanted to cancel a reservation but could not find a method to get to the listing of reservations.

I had the same problem. I was able to get "somewhat" more stability by clearing the last hour of my browser's cache. I've done that a few times when the Wyndham site starts acting weird.

It's been a hot mess for the last week or so since the last couple of upgrades. It kept not letting me log in, or partially logging me in. I flat out couldn't get to certain screens, but it did let me do searches.

Now the searches are messed up, but it let me attempt it.

How about making reservations at 13 months? I'm trying to book Dec 20, 2024 and am getting the "oops, something unexpected just happened". I have an access resale contract with more points than the time I'm trying to book. I called and the agent said I was off a day. 11/20/23 could only book 12/19/24. I don't think that is correct, and now that it is after midnight, I'm getting the same errors. 11/21/23 trying to book 12/20/24. Any ideas?

Is this just how Wyndham calculates 13 months? 30 days per month at 13 months would be 390 days I think bringing you to the dates you mention.

They now consider a month a month - that is, it's not multiples of 30 days. If I'm booking 10 months out, I can (that is, should be able to) book today for check-in on 9/21/2023, etc. That normalized calendar was introduced in 2017 and it worked correctly for a number of years, but has had sporadic hiccups since the website update of 2020.

I was trying to book a resort through the map, but I couldn't get to the map. Kept sending me back to the main page for log-in, and I would see my points at the top corner, as if I am logged in. That last update was not a good one. I haven't seen anything positive so far. Lots of glitches, but at least my reservations are still intact. I think. :)

I've also been experiencing the same intermittent issue of being booted back to the login screen when attempting to access various parts of the website. I'm still logged in - as I can always navigate back to the My Dashboard page after the fact, but the primary webpage where I'm attempting to get search results or other data - simply produces the login screen. I've had good luck clearing browser cache/cookies - after which I don't have the same issue for a while. I've also had success after this occurs - by actually choosing the logout function - and then re-logging in and trying again. Please continue to report these issues here - if they persist I want to get this in front of some folks at Wyndham with specific steps to reproduce the reported issue. If you come across a particular resort search where this issue always seems to occur - please post your search criteria here so we can attempt to reproduce the issue and if necessary report into our Wyndham IT contacts.

This (being forced to a login screen, but actually still being logged in) is a behavior I used to see a lot with Owner Deals when clicking through to the individual deals - instead, I'd get the endless login page. Ironically, those pages are actually working for me now, but it sounds like the same kind of behavior.

A house built on sand. A shame they've never taken the time to firm up the current system. They keep adding new things on (hoping the old issues will go away ). Anyone that's spent a minute in IT knows the wishful thinking methodology will fail. every.single.time.

A few days ago, I was getting the following, regardless of the number of nights I was trying to book.

"We’re sorry! We couldn’t find any results matching your search because the requested check-in date does not align within the minimum or maximum booking window. Try adjusting your search criteria see more results."

It is happening again now. Trying to book a week, nothing special.

I was seeing that earlier today when using the calender. It looked like the nights were available, but I got that error when I tried to book. I went to the dashboard and was able to book what I needed (Clearwater in December, btw, took a little creative searching I guess you'd call it :)).

The endless login cycle has returned. Clearing the browser cache isn't helping. Any suggestions?

Don’t click on your dashboard. Try to get into other areas of the site. That has worked for me in the past.

Anyone else think these Destination Vacation banners are contributing to the login - can 't search - keep getting login page issues?

When I start having issues - these banners seem to popup (instead of the search I'm trying to do). And then I seem to keep getting the login.

Consistently for quite some time. This is why I don't keep hammers close to my computer screen. Geez Wyndham - FIX IT!!!!

My work around has been to save the strings for the pages you want, and then past those strings into the browser. That works for me.

Try selecting something else, like owner info which often will work, that brings you to the left nav, which sometimes works better than the right side drop down.

Thanks for the tips. Sure is frustrating. Once I see that boat, I know I am doomed....

Same here. Every single time I log in. That darn ship and log in screen. Trial and error to actually get to either the dashboard or a resort monthly calendar. Then when I try to book, I get the message that the Unit is no longer available.

Persistence is key. I was able to book something today, it just took a lot of attempts.

Seeing the cruise ship as well. Trying to enter dates for a reservation request is maddening. Click on a check-in date and that becomes the check-out date.

I encountered all the above problems last night. It was a particularly bad time for me as I was trying to cancel and rebook two reservations for next year in order to trim a few nights from each to make an additional reservation I wanted. It took well over an hour, and even though the availability of the reservations I wanted to rebook seemed wide open, it still was a little disconcerting. I did succeed.

I stumbled onto some of the tips that Jan also found, but the biggest thing that helped was that I abandoned my Windows desktop and did some of the transactions on my Ipad. I almost always use my desktop for financial type stuff, but the Ipad in this instance seemed to work better, although it didn't eliminate the problem completely.
