We have a fixed week that we can covert to RCI points for a hefty fee. We also have Wyndham Points with RCI Nightly Stay access.

Would we be able to access significantly more RCI Points inventory (e.g. Keys) with RCI Points compared to what we would get via Wyndham's RCI Nightly Stay?

Since you can buy timeshare that are already enrolled in RCI points for nearly free, paying thousands to convert to RCI points is usually not considered to be a good deal.

One option is to get rid of the timeshare you have and acquire an inexpensive timeshare that is already enrolled in RCI points.

If you already have nightly stays with Wyndham, you already see everything in RCI that is available to me as a RCI Points member. I know this because I have RCI Points and I am also Wyndham Platinum. Same stuff.

Just out of curiosity, how did you come to learn about this offer? Did the resort send you out a letter? Was it one of these much-maligned "owners updates"?
