Marty,we were there in May on an Extra Vacation week. The resort is quite nice, good pools and a wonderful lazy river that was unfortunately down the week we were there.
The units themselves are a little on the small side, but not uncomfortable. There were just the two of us in a 2-bedroom unit, but I felt it would have been a little cramped for 6 or even 4. The large balcony has its own gas bbq, which was great.
We checked out the presidential units while we were there. WOW!! They are spectacular and each has its own hot tub on the humungous balcony.
The grounds at Worldmark are very well-kept and everything looks very nice.
There is a lovely golf course on-site, but I don't know the prices
The resort is out in the middle of nowhere at the far end of a fairly upscale subdivision. We came in at night, and the poor signage made us think we were lost.
There is not much around there, except some locasl casinos (Yikes, we spent way too much time there!)
The local grocery store was very small, nothing like a chain such as Publix, Vons or Kroger.
We drove a lot on this vacation to see various sights, such as Palms to Pines Highway, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, etc.
There are some reviews about this resort.
We had a very good time here.
