RW is nagging me to get this done, I do it, have no proof that I did it, none at all to show RW, and of course it will probably be a total waste of time.

You could have sent them a copy of the completed form - there is an option to save a copy of it.

I am actually very uncomfortable with the form for good reason. It's like they are getting ready to pounce on rentals.

That's the same form I had to fill out when I made an Abound reservation for my daughter to stay at the Las Vegas resort.

This is the Marriott form that all Marriott owners are supposed to use to make name changes, and an Abound reservation would fall under the Marriott rules.
