Where are you spending Spring Break?

Wow! It appears we are going to the #2 trashiest places over the spring break season. My husband will be so excited to hear that Key West is the #2 trashiest spring break destination. :hysterical:

I noticed half the the trashiest destinations were in Florida. Just an observation...

Been to every one except Key West over the years. Who knew?;)

Cheers

We're #1!

Yes, Las Vegas is our spring break destination BUT our plan is to spend our days exploring nearby natural beauty such as Valley of Fire, Rainbow Canyon & Red Rocks with a possible midweek overnite to Great Basin or a return to Zion/Bryce.

We end our trip with 3 days staying in Death Valley.

We've been to Vegas several times over Spring Break. Never noticed any difference. I guess Vegas would be considered trashy all year by this particular USA Today writer.

Hmmm Ive got work to do Ive only been to 5 of them I need to get a move on.

Going to KY with the young adults church group to help paint houses.

Going to Russia with my 17 year old son, while hubby takes our 14 year old hiking on the Appalachian Trail with the scout troop!

I just booked mine today - Club Intrawest in Sandestin. That will make it three times there in a year, sheesh - I need to branch out and try something new!

What's Spring Break?

Spending 12 weeks in Steamboat Springs for the ski season (Jan to Apr) in my time shares which I think covers just about every school spring break. :D

Cheers

!! I Forgot to book a Spring Break trip!!

I think I can get you a studio for that Spring Break timeframe in Ft Lauderdale ... even have 2 condos in the building filled with 10 young ladies from a midwest college. Just a short 100 yards from the beach; bars everywhere; 24 hour pizza on the cornor.

Just $525 plus you provide your own bail monies. :D

I unfortuneately have to stay home with my Dad but DH and DD are going to Hope Idaho to Lake Pend Orielle.

(I will make up for it with 3 weeks in Hawaii in May/june :D and DH with stay with dad )

I don't really do Spring Break anymore :D but I am going to meet both dds in Seattle during one of their breaks.

And if Ron happens to get drunk enough one night you could have one of the young ladies paint his toenails to match his fingernails so he can get more business.

I had hoped for a Gulf beach location, but needed to use an II week that had already been extended and never got anything. Looks like Orlando again. OK, though, since we have Busch Gardens/Sea World annual passes and we have Disney passes with days left. Should be a pretty cheap trip and the kids will be happy. May be the last vacation for a while with the 18yo.

I saw Panama City on the list. I've always been afraid to try the Panhandle at Spring break because I thought it would be cold. I've never been to that area and would like to go sometime.

Usually I visit the Mouse but this year it's vegging on the beach in Grand Cayman.

My parents home on Marco Island for 10 days with DD:D DH and DS are staying home for high school baseball practice/scrimmage. Dawn

I have been to see the mouse the last 3 years, I hope I don't miss it to much. This year I will be spring skiing in Vermont at Smuggs with my entire family! I've never been to Vermont and my dd 10 and ds 11 have never skied! A whole new world for us!

Started in Key West at the Galleon, Moved over to Branson at the Meadows
and will end up in Gatlinburg at our home resort Tree Tops. Then we will be
ready for a vacation.

Very surprised to see Vegas on there. Was there 2 years ago and was not near as Trashy as the Keys during SB. Orlando and St Augustine for us but no mouse!!!!
