what is the name of the [Hotel on Eagle Beach Aruba]

I could be wrong, but I am not aware of any Best Western in Aruba. Could you be thinking of the Westin (formerly the Wyndham) on Palm Beach?
 
I was thinking Manchebo
 
There is or used to be the Best Western Talk of the Town hotel which was down the street from the Renaissance Aruba about a half mile closer to the airport.
