I could be wrong, but I am not aware of any Best Western in Aruba. Could you be thinking of the Westin (formerly the Wyndham) on Palm Beach?

There is or used to be the Best Western Talk of the Town hotel which was down the street from the Renaissance Aruba about a half mile closer to the airport.
