(1) I suggest that you stay current and pay your 2024 MF since we're already at the end of December.
(2) When you reached out to HGVC did you indicate that you wanted money for it (sell) or give it back to them to them for free?
Folks have recently indicated that HGVC has taken back some weeks. The following was posted recently (

(3) If HGVC's surrender program is unsuccessful, then follow the advice under the TUG giveaway forum regarding the basic information that should be provided in your giveaway post.
It's a buyer's market. Potential buyers will simply skip over and wait for the next one if the ad is not straightforward (leaving too many unanswered questions and/or requiring work on the buyer to figure stuff out).

Also list the benefits of HGVC ownership that a potential buyer may not know.
- Club Dues currently includes RCI Membership (including access to RCI's cash rentals) and access to Club Benefits such as Open Season Cash Rental Rates at Legacy HGVC Resorts (30 days before check-in).
- Your week can be traded within HGVC using points to book any legacy HGVC resorts (for any room size/type, any season, any check-in date, 3-night minimum at most). And indicate the HGVC resorts that can be book for a week with 5440 points. For example, a HGVC studio and/or one bedroom in Vegas, Oahu, Big Island, Orlando, Carlsbad, South Carolina, Chicago etc.
