Howdy, my wife and I bought a global exchange vacation club timeshare a few years back and we want out. Our maintenance fee is a $250 a year, but we have the loan fully paid off. How much would something like this be worth? The only thing I know is that there is a fee for transitioning to a new owner, so is the sell price is more than that then I don't really care.

Absolutely, $0, or worse, you may need to pay to get rid of it. Start by contacting the management company to see if they will take it back for free or for a nominal fee.
