Vistana views from a BALCONY - Post your best photos!

2nd floor, south building?

I love the wall of windows in the OFD studio. No other villa has this.

I think this was the best unit I’ve had at WKORV in all the years I’ve been there. I will book it again.

This resort has no designated views, and just a few will have this view: primarily the side of Bldg. 5 facing the stage (#11 on the map.) On the map below, the timeshares are on the left/north side of the road, and the hotel is on the right/south side of the road.

There are quite a few building 5s on the resort map - according to the key that just means "Villas".

Yes, those map numbers are a 'key' and don't relate to building numbers. From the room number I'd guess it's Building 3, 4th floor, room 03 and as Denise says it's the one facing the stage.

Yes: My mistake. That's why I added some more info: Bldg. 5 facing the stage (#11 on the map.) You can see the stage in the OP's picture.

Found this old map for Sheraton Kauai at https://www.hawaiiresortmaps.com/map-SheratonKauaiResort-Poipu-Hawaii.html. Looks like it dates back to 2013 and may have represented a planned conversion of the hotel room buildings to villas that they gave up on (pure speculation on my part). The building in the upper left portion shows partial ocean view designations for the upper three floors with most of the remaining villa buildings being garden view, though some are labeled as garden suites (whatever that meant back then). If @EnglishmanAbroad has it right, the top three floors of building 3 would be the ones to request to get that view.

This is good to know, I didn’t think they had views. What size unit is this? How many do you think have this view?
This was a SO reservation made right at 8 months. We stayed in a 2 bedroom (not a lock off) on the 4th floor (top floor). All of Building 3 will have a similar view. There are 2, 2 bedroom units on each floor, located in the middle of each floor. There are studio and 1 bedroom units on each end of the 2 bedroom units, so a total of 6 rooms per floor, times 4 floors = 24 units.
