Vistana Transfer dept phone number (and timeframe)

FWIW...I have never been able to call directly. Best to email since customer service will type a message and send to the same department.

Oops 2-3 months after the deed is recorded and received, which to me is July 2nd. My Sheraton Broadway deed includes an unused Gold Plus week this year. If I miss the last bookable season week 47, is it possible to book whatever is left unbooked in other seasons?

Hello iftravel, I own at Sheraton Broadway Plantation. In my experience, it is generally not possible to reserve (well in advance) a week outside of the float season that you own. However, I believe that any available (un-reserved) weeks that are 60 days or less out from the current date can be reserved outside of the season you own.

Thanks, hope it’s not running into that scenario. And actually my intent was to book a week and deposit into II and not to actually use it.

But also understand that Sheraton controls the deposit so I guess if I am past week 47, I have no luck of depositing into II, even if I can make a reservation for another week. Is my understanding right?

With Vistana you have until December 31st of the use year to deposit into II. It doesn't matter what week you own or can reserve. You don't reserve a week for deposit, you just tell them to deposit.

Oh, is it true? That's a good surprise! And does it still have Flex restriction for late deposit?

I don't believe you can get a Flexchange restricted Vistana deposit. They just provide you with a generic deposit placeholder to use.
