View from the HGVC or bHC Balcony

The Residences, a Hilton Club
I'm lost. In that 1st skyline photo, what is that tall, super-skinny-looking bldg? I assume it is photoed from the skinny side, but what is it. Been 20 yrs since I've been to Manhattan

HGVC Sandestin also offers free bike rentals four hours daily for two guests in a unit. The reserved area on the beach is priceless. with a shuttle that takes you to the beachside. Our kids love it there. We began going there when HGV "managed" the property years ago. It changed ownership a couple of times since then, and now HGV owns it. But reserving it is not easy. When it was managed by HGV we reserved it with regular membership. We even elevated our membership to the elite level so that we could reserve a year in advance. Since our grandkids love it so much, we continue to rent there so that we can continue going. I don't even know if it is available thru HGV Max. It is a well maintained property that is all about location. It is walking distance to the village with shops, restaurants and entertainment. I love the area by the marina. We have met so many nice folks out by the grill area.
That is a great piece of information.

Ocean Enclave, 603
This is a dedicated one bedroom, north facing. I think it’s a pretty great view, and we also get a sunset view facing the other way. First time at this resort. Definitely nicer than the only other HGVC we’ve stayed at in Orlando. We’re on a 3 night/4 day preview package. At this time of year, it’s nice that the balcony only gets direct sun for a few hours in the late morning.

View from a HVC, Fairway Forest Resort in Sapphire, NC... The Blue Ridge mountains.

View of trees... And part of the golf course but it is 66 degrees and very quiet out so great place to enjoy the morning coffee.

The Quin. Room 1703. SPH-1. Mid July 2025.
Hopefully the images load!

notes: I moved the square table and 2 chairs inside the SPH as it was my work space for the week, this greatly opened up the balcony (while also being a great work set up for me in the room!).

Also, on some of the pictures, on the little side table, you will see a metal cylinder looking thing. This is the heaviest and most impressive wine opener I've ever seen. It weight at least a pound and was both a wine opener as well as a possible self defense weapon!

The balcony was amazing! room too!

Here is the Quin 1704 Balcony, it is a 1 BR Penthouse with Private Terrace, located on the corners of 6th Avenue and 57th street. This was the room next door to @Chris-ATX 's room.

The PH 1702 (600+ sq ft room) has seating for 8 at the outside table. Nice - I’ve not stayed in 1704 and I am NOT looking forward to being assigned 1701 - IYKYK.

GREAT Photos!

I love this fact - I will place the inside chair on the balcony of the GI at HHV. IYKMYK. The balcony chairs at the GI are most UNcomfortable! I have moved furniture at TR and in a hotel in Hilo. FUNG SHUI… or… OCD?

I met a couple that were staying in 1701 and I got to see that unit. It actually has a stove and cooktop. While no real views, it has shade and privacy which would be nice in the summer months. It also has cover which would be good for light rain conditions.

It is coded differently from 1702, 1704 and 1706, so my guess there is little chance of booking that unit in 1701 and hoping for the 2, 4, or 6 unit instead.

I would rate them as 02 as first choice, 04 as second choice and 06 as last choice of those 3 units.
