The safe way is to call CS. I may do this tomorrow. I have a 3 week long reservation that I just keep adding days to. I have had to cancel and rebook 3 or 4 times. This morning, it was very slow in populating again and I thought that I had lost it ... But it appeared and I added the day.If I wasn't clear - most times my fingers forget verbs - I've booked 2 reservations simultaneously. It prevents another usurper getting dates that I need. The second reservations blocks out the availability just as you see in the picture - BUT I control it! I can then cancel that reservation - still holding the 1st one, and by doing this, it fills in the blank or missing sections of the week.
Yes, what you have suggested also works, but if someone else is on the site, you risk the chance of claiming it back.
I am very pleased it worked. If this were to happen over a weekend, or holiday, you would miss walking the reservation for up to 2 days. I don't think CS would be able to fix this occurrence.
