Transferring points

My elderly mother no longer can travel. She owns Diamond points connected with a resort where we have three deeded weeks (don’t worry we bought them on the secondary market thanks to TUG!) We would like to take over her points but convert it to a week! We are “deeded weeks” people and find points confusing! Can this be done, and if so....HOW? Thanks in advance!
 
We are Diamond Resorts Members. To the best of my knowledge you can not trade with Diamond Diamond Points for a Deeded Week at a Diamond Resort. The opposite is possible.
