I have a Summit at Massanutten account that is all paid up and ready for a new owner.
The sellers are paying the closing costs and have already paid the 2025 maintenance fees.
Account details are as follows:
Annual Usage 2025 available
Float Unit 2 bed/bath, sleeps 6, Partial Kitchen, Lower level unit.
Float Week# 10-19 & 45-50 Friday Check in
Reservations for 2025 are May 9th - 16th, 2025.
Annual maintenance fees $1,205.00 due January 1st
Buyers starts paying maintenance fees January 2026
