To a receptionist: If you asked, "Which doctor?"
I would've said, "No, I'm here to see a regular doctor."
"Doc, my kid poured coffee in my ear. What do I do?"
Doc: "Wait right there. I have some cream-er for that."
"Why did the pharmaceutical cross the road?
... To get to the other side - effect."
